They are designed to meet all health department codes, with quick efficient service for the best care for our customers. All of our units are equipped for high volume sales and are fully insured. We pride ourselves in clean, modern and well-maintained equipment. Whether you are having a one-day or on going event we provide full service planning for your special event. Each of our trailers and booths has their own menu selection with a wide variety of delicious foods. We would be proud to serve the customers at your event. North Country Specialty Foods is family owned and operated by the Keough family. We have serviced New England for 3 generations. Dan and Laurie Keough were brought up in the family business and after learning many traits and skills they started their own business in Vermont. They have both been involved in the food concession business for over 40 years. Now the third generation has joined the business. Daniel and Shaun Keough are working together with their parents to grow and enhance the business. They both graduated from college with a bachelors degree and have been working for Dan and Laurie since they were just kids.
Dan is the President and founder of North Country Specialty Foods. He and his wife Laurie moved to Vermont in 1987 and started their own business NCSF, incorporated in 1995. They have an extensive background in the concession business. NCSF has grown to employ 35 people and works at venues all over New England.
Laurie is the Vice President of North Country Specialty Foods. She attended Bryant & Stratton Business College and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
Daniel Keough III
Daniel III or "DJ" as he is known is the eldest son and has been working for North Country Specialty Foods since he was a boy. He graduated from Castleton University in Vermont with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has now joined the team full time as Vice President of Operations.
Shaun is the youngest son and has been working for North Country Specialty Foods since he can remember. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has now joined the team full time as Vice President of Operations.
